Addressing the judges in court

PRACTICE NOTE NO. 13

This note amends Practice Note No. 13, which was issued on June 20, 2003.

ADDRESSING THE JUDGES IN COURT

Parties at a hearing may use "Your Honour" when addressing the judge hearing the appeal.

Parties are asked not to address the judge hearing the appeal as "My Lord", "My Lady", "Your Lordship", "Your Ladyship".
